Welcome to Mesa PT! By accessing our website, using our services, or participating in our programs, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services or website.
1. General Terms
Eligibility: You must be 18 or older to register for services. Clients under 18 require written parental/guardian consent.
Health Requirements: Participation assumes you are physically fit and have consulted a physician as needed. You acknowledge the risks associated with physical exercise.
Right to Refuse Service: Mesa PT reserves the right to refuse service to anyone due to behavior that is unsafe, disruptive, or in violation of our policies.
2. Memberships, Payments & Late Fees
Billing: All services must be paid in full before participation unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Late Fees: Payments not received within 7 days of due date may incur a late fee of $25. Continued non-payment may result in suspension of services.
Cancellation Policy: We require 24-hour notice for cancellations of personal or semi-private training sessions. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged in full.
Refund Policy: All purchases are final. No refunds will be issued for unused sessions, classes, or memberships unless agreed upon under special circumstances.
Free Trials & Promotions: Offers apply to first-time clients only and may not be combined with other discounts.
3. Assumption of Risk & Waiver of Liability
Participation in fitness programs carries inherent risk. You voluntarily assume full responsibility for any injuries or damages and release Mesa PT, its owners, trainers, and affiliates from liability related to participation in any services or use of the facility.
4. Personal Conduct
Clients are expected to:
Treat others with respect and courtesy.
Follow all trainer and staff instructions for safety.
Refrain from any discriminatory, aggressive, or inappropriate behavior.
Mesa PT maintains a supportive, professional environment. We reserve the right to terminate services for misconduct without refund.
5. Child Supervision Policy
For the safety of all members:
Children under 12 are not permitted on the training floor unless enrolled in a youth-specific program.
Children must be supervised at all times by a responsible adult when present at the facility.
6. Equipment Use & Facility Guidelines
Please wipe down equipment after use.
Return all equipment to designated areas.
Report any damaged equipment to staff immediately.
Use of equipment is at your own risk. Misuse may result in injury or loss of facility privileges.
7. Firefighter Candidate Program
Mesa PT provides specialized fitness and interview preparation for aspiring firefighters. Participation does not guarantee hiring or employment by any fire department. Candidates are responsible for meeting all external agency requirements.
8. Website Use & Digital Property
All content on www.mesapt.com is the intellectual property of Mesa PT.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any materials without written permission.

9. Changes to Terms
Mesa PT may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted to this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of services indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.
